This agreement applies to suppliers, sellers and service providers using Lbaih’s platform.

Enrollment and Listing

Suppliers must meet the following requirements for enrollment and listing:

• Registration: Suppliers must create a seller account and provide accurate and complete information, including valid trade licences and tax registrations. Lbaih may request updated documentation at any time and may refuse or terminate registration.
• Service information: Suppliers must provide comprehensive and accurate information for each service, including descriptions, pricing, availability, service execution or delivery times, and any applicable restocking or cancellation policies. Sellers must comply with Lbaih’s image guidelines and restricted products policy. Any information requested by Lbaih must be provided promptly.
• Prohibited services: Suppliers may not list services falling within prohibited categories (e.g., alcohol or tobacco services, financial services, government services without authorisation, sexual or escort services, unlicensed medical services, etc.).

Representations and Warranties

Each supplier represents and warrants that:

• It is duly organised, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the UAE or its jurisdiction, holds all necessary licences and authorisations, and is not subject to any restriction preventing it from conducting business.
• It has the right and authority to enter into and perform under this agreement.
• Any information provided to Lbaih is accurate and complete.
• It will comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, labour, tax and data protection laws.
• It is not on any sanctions or restricted-party list.
• If it operates as an individual, it is duly licensed or exempted for its activities and will provide evidence as required.

Service Delivery and Quality

Suppliers are responsible for the execution and quality of their services:

• Performance: Suppliers must ensure that their services are executed with due care, skill and timeliness. Suppliers are responsible for fulfilment, customer service and associated products. Misrepresentation of services or failure to deliver as described may result in account suspension.
• Customer disputes: Suppliers must handle customer complaints and disputes directly with the customer. If a customer is not satisfied, Lbaih may intervene where necessary.
