This agreement applies to suppliers, sellers and service providers using Lbaih’s platform.

Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Lbaih website, mobile applications or related services (the "Services"), you agree to the following terms:

• Contract formation: By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any referenced policies. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with updated terms, you may close your account immediately.
• Changes: Lbaih may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on the Lbaih website and notified via your registered email address five days before they become effective.

Account Registration

To create and maintain an account, you must comply with the following requirements:

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts to create an account.
• Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating or updating your account. If any information changes, you must update it promptly. Lbaih may refuse or terminate registration without stating reasons.
• Account security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. Notify Lbaih immediately of any unauthorised use. You may not share your login credentials; multi-user access is available upon request.

Role of Lbaih

Lbaih operates as a platform intermediary and does not provide services directly:

• Marketplace intermediary: Lbaih operates a digital marketplace that enables users to buy and sell services and associated products. Lbaih does not manufacture or provide the services itself. Unless expressly stated, Lbaih does not control or guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of listed services, or the ability of sellers to deliver services or buyers to pay. Any disputes are resolved directly between buyers and sellers.
• No agency: No agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship is created between Lbaih and users. Lbaih acts as an independent intermediary and payment facilitator.

User Obligations

All users of the platform must comply with the following obligations:

• Lawful use: You agree not to violate or circumvent any laws, regulations or third-party rights. You may not manipulate prices or interfere with other users’ listings. You must not undermine the performance or ratings system or transfer your account without consent.
