Introduction

Ya’lbaih (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Lbaih Site Services & Content Management LLC, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

This policy defines content, services, and conduct that are not permitted on the Ya’lbaih platform.
Its purpose is to protect users, sellers, partners, and Lbaih from harm, fraud, legal exposure, and abuse.

Platform Authority

Lbaih reserves the right to:

Remove any listing, content, or account

Suspend or terminate access

Restrict platform privileges

where violations of this policy are identified.

Prohibited Services & Listings

The following categories may not be listed, promoted, or facilitated through Ya’lbaih:

Illegal or Regulated Services

Sexual or escort services

Gambling or betting services

Unlicensed medical or pharmaceutical services

Drugs or controlled substances

Alcohol or tobacco-related services

Firearms, explosives, or weapons manufacturing

Military or security-restricted services

Government services without official authorization

Human trafficking, smuggling, or exploitation

Financial & Payment Abuse

Loans, cash schemes, wallets, cryptocurrency services

Credit card services

Payment diversion (off-platform payments)

Selling access credentials or financial data

Fraud & IP Abuse

Counterfeit goods or services

Forged documents

Software piracy or license resale

Identity impersonation

Discriminatory or Harmful Services

Racial or nationality-based service restrictions

Hateful, obscene, defamatory, violent, or sexual content

Personal relationship or dating services

Platform Circumvention

Linking to external stores

Redirecting users off the platform

Using messaging for non-transactional purposes

Buyer & Seller Conduct

Buyers may not:

Demand services not listed

Misuse rework or dispute processes

Falsely claim non-delivery

Intimidate or harass sellers

Sellers may not:

Misrepresent services

Circumvent platform payments

Deliver prohibited services

Manipulate reviews or disputes

Aggressive or Abusive Behaviour

Threats, hate speech, harassment, coercion, or offensive language are strictly prohibited across all areas of the platform.

Reporting

Users are encouraged to report violations through the platform or official support channels.

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

Warnings

Content removal

Account restriction

Suspension or termination

in accordance with platform rules.

Lbaih’s enforcement decisions are final for platform access.
