Introduction to the Terms and Conditions

Ya’lbaih (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Lbaih Site Services & Content Management LLC, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Lbaih provides a technology platform that connects customers with independent sellers.

Lbaih does not provide the underlying services and is not a party to the service contract between the customer and the seller.

Scope of These Terms

These General Terms govern your use of the Ya’lbaih platform.

User Agreement

Seller Agreement

Privacy Policy

Cookie Policy

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

If there is any conflict, the specific agreement prevails. 

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. 

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

All activities performed through their account 

Payments

All payments are processed through licensed third-party payment gateways. Lbaih does not store or process card details.

Displayed prices and currencies at checkout match transaction receipts. 

Sanctions & Prohibited Use

Lbaih does not trade with or provide services to individuals or entities in OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Use of the platform for illegal or prohibited activities is strictly forbidden. 

Service Disputes

Disputes between customers and sellers are handled through the platform’s dispute resolution process, in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policies. 

Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, and software are the property of Lbaih.

Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit platform content without permission. 

Limitation of Liability

Lbaih is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law. 

No Warranty

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Lbaih makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the services provided by sellers. 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lbaih, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the platform

Violation of these Terms

Infringement of third-party rights 

Termination

Lbaih may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of policies or misuse of the platform. 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in Abu Dhabi. 

Updates

Lbaih may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
